Description
Studio Frisi is a comfortable and charming apartment managed by Suite Oriani staff, at the ground floor of an elegant building in one of the quietest and most green area of Rome "Parioli- Villa Borghese" district.
The apartment is made of a bedroom, bathroom with jacuzzi bathtub, a lounge with a sofa bed, kitchenette and a beautiful garden. It can accommodate up to four persons.
Indoor part of the studio has a surface of 65 square meters (700 square feet), the garden has a surface of 70sm (750sf).
Elegant and fine restaurants, stores, subway (Euclide) and buses stops and other facilities are nearby.

Fares and minimum stay rules
Studio Frisi fares vary depending on the season, number of persons living the apartment and length of the stay.
Short stay fares can fluctuate between € 90,00 in the slow period for two persons, up to € 250,00 in the high season for four persons per night.
A minimum stay is required in some given periods of the year, and it might be up to seven nights.
Check-in, stay and check-out
Check in time: not before midday, not later than 23.30 (11.30pm). Check-out time: not later than 11.00 (11.00am).
Guests are asked to communicate the exact time of arrival.
Studio Frisi guests may take advantage of the limousine service provided by Suite Oriani, from/to airports/ports.
Guests will receive the keys of the apartment and the outside frontdoor. They hence will be completely free to go and come back as they desire.
Booking and cancellation policy
Guests who are interested in getting a quotation should contact Suite Oriani (via e-mail: info@suiteoriani.it, telephone: +39.328.28.43.410/+39.06.32.18.353, or skype: suite.oriani).
On booking, a guarantee deposit is required equal to the 30% of the total cost of the stay, or provide credit card details (in this case NO AMOUNT WILL BE CHARGED ON CREDIT CARD, and payment of the entire stay will take place at the end BY CASH).
The latest time for cancelling a booking without paying a penalty is fifteen days before 12:00pm of the check-in day. Deposits will not be refunded for cancellations made after this time scale or credit card will be charged for the 30% of the total cost of the stay. In the case of a no-show or cancellation within the last 48 hours from the 12:00pm check-in day, payment for the full amount of the whole stay is expected.
Refunds of the guarantee deposits will be made via bank wire transfer, with a cost for this service (variable according to country and banks) being charged to the cancelling client.
Payment method
Payment for the stay will take place one day before the check-out day.
ONLY CASH (euros) WILL BE ACCEPTED. Credit cards, traveller's cheques, debit card and so on ARE NOT ACCEPTED.
